behind the name
The name Olive & Lily was chosen with deep intention and meaning. In Scripture, the olive branch is a powerful symbol of hope—reminding us of God’s promise and faithfulness. The lily, often associated with the Holy Family, reflects purity, devotion, and the sacred love shared between Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. Together, these symbols represent our desire for every wedding we plan to be a reflection of God’s enduring hope and the holy love modeled by the Holy Family. At Olive & Lily Wedding Design, we believe that a Christ-centered, Sacramental marriage should not only be beautiful, but also rooted in grace, purpose, and eternal promise.
